Ian Goodwin CTA joined Mazars in 2017 to help lead their Employment Tax & Reward team in the North of England, after 12 years working at KPMG.
Ian advises organisations on all aspects of employer compliance and also helps structure effective pay and reward strategies. Ian has assisted many employers in implementing effective salary sacrifice and flexible benefits arrangements, and has also helped organisations to comply with and understand the National Minimum Wage legislation.
More broadly, Ian also assists organisations with their approach to the Apprenticeship Levy and Gender Pay Gap reporting.
Ian has written for tax journals and speaks regularly at seminars.
